2013 Brazil Road Expo to happen between March 19 and 21 at Transamérica Expo Center

With the changes, the event gets an outdoor area for the demonstration of equipment and products.

The new date and location of the next Brazil Road Expo have been set. The third edition of the event will be held on March 19, 20 and 21 of 2013, from 10am to 8pm, at the Transamerica Expo Center (TEC) on the south side of Sao Paulo. The change meets three demands mentioned in surveys conducted among exhibitors and visitors to the latest edition of the event: to relocate the event apart from the Easter weekend, do it from Tuesday to Thursday and extend the opening hours.
In addition, the new venue will feature an outdoor area, which allows exposure and demonstration of machinery and large equipment. “We want to ensure both exhibitors and visitors from Brazil Road Expo, a more versatile exhibition area, in order to stimulate investment and networking among industry professionals,” explains engineer Guilherme Ramos, executive director of Clarion-Quartier, organizer of the event.
“We have seen and we know that Brazil Road Expo has become more and more consolidated as the most important event aimed at the segment of road infrastructure in the country. We are happy to become part of the history of the business meeting that will certainly continue contributing the development of the country, “says Alexandre Marcilio, director of Transamerica Expo Center, known as the best exhibition hall in Latin America.
Congress – Following the model of the first two editions, the 2013 Brazil Road will feature an extensive program of conferences alongside the exhibition. The 2013 Brazil Summit Road will have workshops and seminars on topics such as machinery and equipment, rigid and flexible paving, geosynthetics, signaling, monitoring, road safety, special works of art (bridges, overdrives and tunnels), non-destructive methods, containment slopes, road drainage, among others.
