Prince George, BC – The biennial event that focuses on “the equipment to get the jobs done” returns to the CN Centre in Prince George for its third edition this spring. Taking place May 26-27, 2017, the Canada North Resources Expo is a showcase of the leading companies and products that are part of Northern Canada’s varied resources sectors.
Exhibit sales for the 2017 edition of the show are strong, with booth space now 70% sold. Those interested in exhibiting are invited to review the booth package and pricing options on the show’s brand new website, at www.CNRE.ca/exhibit.
Focusing primarily on forestry, heavy construction and project development, the show boasts four acres of indoor and outdoor space with tons of big iron. This year’s edition will also feature an outdoor Demo Zone, showcasing heavy equipment live and in action!
Additionally, the BC Forest Safety Council will present the 2017 Interior Safety Conference, taking place during the show. With a theme of “Leading Safety – Building Strong Supervisors”, the conference will include sessions on building strong teams, communicating with different generations, and managing fatigue at work. Information on steep slope logging and WorkSafeBC requirements will also be presented. Attendees will receive practical information and tools for workers at all levels, not just supervisors and managers. Visit the BC Forest Safety website for more information.
Pre-registration for the 2017 edition of the Canada North Resources Expo is available now. Visitors are encouraged to take advantage of convenient online registration via the show website. By pre-registering, visitors can save 50% and fast-track their entrance to the show.
The Canada North Resources Expo is produced in partnership with the Resources Expo Society, a not-for-profit organization whose mandate is to facilitate training and educational opportunities in the central and northern BC resources sectors.
