Billed as one of the biggest construction shows in the States, BuildExpo host a number of shows across the nation – including in NYC and Atlanta. There are over 1000 registered to attend this show.
Houston is the venue for this particular one, in the George R Brown Convention Center.
BuildExpoUSA have done their research when it comes to building exhibition statistics. They state that over $1.256 trillion will be spent in the construction industry in 2013. They also say that 83% of attendees at construction exhibitions have the power to make purchases. And it’s certainly true that attendees of construction shows are most often highly qualified leads, who are looking to find further information before making their buy.
You can expect to find support from these event organisers when it comes to building customer relationships and making new sales. BuildExpo are very keen for exhibitors and attendees to enjoy their shows and to get as much as possible from attending them.
For example, two keynote sessions have been arranged with sales expert speaker, Tom Woodcock. He is all set to share the secrets of successful negotiation and how to maximise your involvement with associations from a customer point of view.
There are also educational sessions from many other speakers including sessions on:
how to gain more customers
putting a bid together
accounting
why buyers buy
marketing for construction companies
elevators in new buildings
building green
business analysis
tips on bidding and quoting, and more.
