As well as the exhibition floor there’s a busy programme of talks and workshops planned. CPD-accredited workshops cover essentials including safety and building regulations as well as technologies like solar panels, sustainable finishes and networked buildings. London has plenty of old buildings as well as new ones, so there will be workshops on restoring structures and materials – refurbishment is a large and growing sector, and not one to be overlooked.
On the first evening there’s an awards ceremony with a gala dinner and live entertainment, including a comedy act.
