ARCHITECT@WORK Warsaw

Architect@Work Warsaw is a dedicated trade fair for architects, interior designers, and specifiers in Poland.

This event emphasizes “Architect Meets Innovations”. A jury of architects and industry experts carefully reviews every product submitted to the fair.  As a result, only the most cutting-edge building systems, materials, and design solutions make it to the show floor.

Architect@Work Warsaw uses a smart layout concept. Instead of standard rows, it offers lounge-style zones with cozy seating.  These areas encourage relaxed conversation and creative interaction. Moreover, free catering runs continuously in the lounge zones, supporting networking.

In addition, the fair hosts a rich seminar and features program. During two days, thought leaders and design professionals present on themes linked to sustainability, circular design, and future architectural trends. The 2025 edition focused on the theme “Circular Horizons”, exploring how circular economy principles can shape modern architecture.

Attendance at Architect@Work Warsaw follows a strict invitation-only policy.Visitors can register for free, but they need a valid invitation code. This ensures a high-quality, professional audience.

Exhibitors typically include manufacturers and distributors of building systems, façades, interior finishes, lighting, and architectural software. Over the past editions, A@W Warsaw has become a key meeting point for innovation, collaboration, and business in Poland’s architecture sector.

Overall, Architect@Work Warsaw offers an inspiring and focused platform. It connects design professionals with pioneering products, facilitates meaningful dialogue, and fosters long-term business relationships — all underpinned by a strong vision for sustainable, future-focused architecture.
