MEMAS Machinery Metal & Steel Exhibition is the only exhibition exclusively on metals and machinery, which is held in Lagos, the business and trade capital of Nigeria. Base metals and metal products are mainly used by oil and construction industry, where both the Nigerian government and private sector is heavily investing in. Machinery imports include a wide variety of goods and vast majority of machinery imports are used by oil and mining industry.
