Executive Hire Show 2025

Executive Hire Show 2025 – another standout year for the hire industry with record breaking attendance

The 18th annual Executive Hire Show, held on the 12th and 13th of February at the Coventry Building Society Arena, delivered another fantastic event for the hire industry. The EHS team would like to thank all exhibitors and visitors for making this year’s show such a success.

With a fully booked show floor featuring 145 stands, the event was packed with the latest innovations in tools, plant, and equipment hire. Across two busy days, exhibitors secured major deals, launched new products, and had invaluable conversations with hire professionals from across the UK and beyond.

The event, which brought together industry professionals from across the plant and tool hire sector, saw its highest-ever attendance, surpassing last year’s record-breaking figures. The final visitor headcount reached 2,098 hire professionals, officially setting a new record for the show.

Ray Neilson, MD, Altrad Belle, reflected on a busy two days:

“We had so many fantastic hire companies stopping by to chat and check out our new products. It was great to see so many orders placed.”

Allun Sabu Joseph, UK & Overseas Account Manager, PowerLink, echoed the sentiment:

“Attending the show was a fantastic experience—engaging conversations, valuable insights, and a great opportunity to showcase PowerLink Energy’s Battery Energy Storage Solutions (BESS). The event was vibrant and a real learning curve, reinforcing how energy storage is shaping the industry.”

For Steve McKenzie, Group Sales Manager at Hire Supply Company, the event was all about the hirers and fellow exhibitors coming together:

“We had many great discussions with customers and showcased exciting new products, including the Elite Alpha Light and the Von Arx FG250S Surface Grinder.”

Bartell Global UK described the event as

“a fantastic couple of days connecting with new and existing customers.”

It was also a landmark show for Mel Gould, Operations and Sales Director at MPG Hire Ltd, who highlighted the impact of the event:

“After an incredible two days at the Executive Hire Show, I’d like to thank everyone who came to see us and check out our unit. Off the back of the show’s success, we were delighted to place an additional significant order with Mark Samuel at AJC EasyCabin for more award-winning mobile welfare units.”

Major successes were achieved on the exhibition floor, with Magni UK selling kit directly off their stand and Shindaiwa securing £250K worth of welder generator sales to Total Rental Solutions.

For Maxflow Power Products, making their debut at the show was a milestone moment:

“A huge thank you to everyone who stopped by our stand—your interest and conversations made the event truly memorable. We’re looking forward to following up on all enquiries!”

LOLEX Ltd also had an exciting event, generating strong interest in its new equipment:

“We had a fantastic time making new contacts and saying hello to familiar faces at the Coventry Arena. There was a lot of interest in the features and benefits of our Sinoboom Intelligent Equipment VM04E vertical mast lift, and we hope to see more of them added to hire fleets soon!”

Groundhog Sales and Marketing Director Peter Beach shared his thoughts on another successful show:

“The Executive Hire Show never disappoints, and 2024 was no exception. Now in our 18th year at the show, Groundhog had two fantastic days engaging with passionate hire industry professionals.

With an entire team on the stand, we had nonstop discussions on product innovation, sustainability, and site welfare—selling all units we exhibited directly from our stand, filling our order book for 2025, and securing enquiries well into 2026. A brilliantly organised event from start to finish, and we can’t wait to do it all again next year!”

David Probert, Business Development, Seddons Plant  & Engineers, also celebrated the event’s impact:

“This was the best Executive Hire Show yet! We had a fantastic time showcasing the DEWALT Powershift range, now officially launched in the UK, alongside top-tier products from STIHL, Honda, Cramer, and ENAR. Thanks to the Executive Hire Show team for putting on another brilliant exhibition for the hire industry.”

Laura Bulmer, DocuWare Specialist, added:

“A very well-organised show with brilliant conversations—I thoroughly enjoyed it!”

And finally, GroundGuards summed up their experience simply:

“Thanks for having us! It’s been a fantastic couple of days.”

Chris Moore, Publishing & Events Director, Executive Hire Show, summed up the success of this year’s event:

“The energy and enthusiasm at this year’s Executive Hire Show have been phenomenal. The hire industry continues to thrive, and it’s fantastic to see so many exhibitors selling directly from their stands, securing orders well into 2026, and driving real business growth.

The show has once again proven itself as the must-attend event for the hire sector, bringing together the very best in innovation, networking, and industry expertise. Roll on 2026.”

With two days of business, innovation, and industry connections, the Executive Hire Show once again delivered on its reputation as the must-attend event for the hire sector.
