The Finlay Group will be staging live demonstrations of the ALLU Screener Crusher, Stabilisation and Fine Screening D-Series buckets at PLANTWORX 2013.
Taking place within the show’s Site Clearance Zone at the Stoneleigh Park event, the display will show the ability of ALLU products to deliver a re-usable product on site, using a selection of construction and demolition wastes, as well as waste topsoil.
The Finlay Group will also be showing how ALLU is widening its range of screening attachments to cater for smaller base machines – including 4 tonne excavators and 2 tonne wheeled loaders, telehandlers and skidsteers – with the launch of the new DL-Series at PLANTWORX.
Visitors to the Finlay Group stand at SCZ17 will be able to see how applications including topsoil recycling and production, the creation of pipeline padding from excavated material, composting and other general screening tasks are now available to customers operating smaller plant.
The DL-Series screening buckets are available in two main drum types, one for fine screening and a 50mm aeration drum.
Featuring a new innovative screening method, the fine screening drum minimises required power and strain on components while delivering high throughputs, coupled with the ability to screen material that would normally clog and ‘blind’ a mesh screen.
The 50mm aeration drum allows for the coarse screening and aeration of material, such as compost or as a scalping unit in a recycling application.
Chris Bell, of The Finlay Group, who are UK dealers for ALLU, said “With the success in hire and sales of the ALLU D-Series and having received many enquiries for screening buckets under the former lower limit of 12 tonnes for excavators and 8 tonnes for loaders, we are excited ALLU have now produced the DL-Series.
“We are looking forward to launching this new product, which is built to the high standard associated with the ALLU brand.
“Of special note is the pricing of this unit, and we would urge any contractors looking to recycle and reuse more of their on-site material to drop by our stand.”
PLANTWORX 2013 takes place from 14 – 16 May.
