iDig

iDig, a leading excavator guidance specialist, at bauma 2025 from April 7 to 13, 2025.

[Le Mesnil-le-Roi, France, February 2025] – iDig specializes in streamlining earthworks, foundations, trenches, platforms, construction, road and utility networks, as well as landscaping projects. This year, the company will showcase its latest product innovations at bauma 2025 in Munich.
The iDig product line is designed to be simple, intuitive, and budget-friendly.

Specializing in cutting-edge measurement technologies, iDig develops innovative 2D and 3D excavator guidance systems compatible with all types of excavators. The system is entirely cable-free, powered by solar-rechargeable sensors, and supports multiple machines. These features mark a significant breakthrough in excavator guidance technology.

The product line includes TOUCH 2D and CONNECT 2D & 3D :

With TOUCH 2D, operators can stay in the cab and check grades without needing to exit when working alone. They can set up the entire project from the cab by specifying the target slope and depth on the in-cab screen, then monitor their progress in real time using the LED bar graph.

The CONNECT range is scalable, allowing you to move smoothly from 2D to 3D according to your needs, budget, and learning curve. With a GNSS antenna, use CONNECT 2D+ to survey and stake your sites.

CONNECT 2D PROJECT is the ideal solution to achieve full autonomy on job sites, eliminating the need for an expert surveyor. It enables the creation of simple projects directly on the in-cab screen, which can be efficiently executed using either a bucket or a GNSS rover.

CONNECT 3D enables operators to tackle large-scale, sophisticated projects with full 3D functionality. Projects in DXF or L and XML formats can be uploaded via USB or cloud-based shared connections. Designs can be accurately visualized on the in-cab screen with a comprehensive view of x, y, and z dimensions. Without the need for stakes or lasers, a single removable GNSS antenna, which also doubles as a rover for surveys, allows operators to perform a variety of tasks, from surveying to staking out and much more.
