About Lumesa

Lumesa SA was founded in 1980 and has established itself as a reliable partner in the manufacture of drilling feeds and hydraulic power packs for special civil engineering. With headquarters in Lumino, Switzerland, and a subsidiary in Kapfenberg, Austria, Lumesa offers innovative drilling and grouting technologies. Lumesa drilling feeds are in use worldwide and contribute to full customer satisfaction.

Presentation at BAUMA 2025

At BAUMA 2025 in Munich, Lumesa will be presenting its latest developments in drilling and injection technology. Highlights include: LDA92P double-headed attachment: this attachment is characterized by its high flexibility and mobility. It can be swiveled through 360° and tilted through 90°, which enables a high degree of mobility on the construction site. The powerful double-head system allows cased drilling up to a diameter of 180 mm and offers high torques and retraction forces. It is controlled by radio control and the most important drilling parameters can be read on a digital display. A drilling angle display and an automatic anti-jamming function increase efficiency and safety. The LDA92P is ideal for use on walking excavators and can be equipped with additional options such as a walking foot and a cable winch.

Lumesa IMP EF injection pump: This electric injection pump for mortar or cement suspensions impresses with its high efficiency and reliability. It is user-friendly and enables quick and easy operation, which optimizes work processes on the construction site. The robust design and the use of high-quality materials ensure a long service life and low maintenance costs.

Simply Drilling – Lumesa’s recipe for success

The development of the Lumesa drilling feeds began with the demand for a lightweight and easy-to-use machine for the construction of avalanche protection structures in the mountains. Thus Mounty® and all its components were born. The range extends from super-light to medium-heavy machines, which can be customized to meet customer requirements.

Lumesa drilling attachments for excavators, walking excavators, telescopic handlers and truck-mounted cranes impress with their functional design and low operating weight. At the heart of this innovative technology is the virtually wear-free INOX carriage profile, which, in combination with a variety of powerful drilling drives, is optimally adapted to the respective application. The modular design and advanced operating options make the Lumesa add-on tracks the ideal choice for demanding projects.
