1. AUTODESK UNIVERSITY, LAS VEGAS 2020 (Digital)
Diversity in construction shows depicts the innate diversity in the construction sector itself. However, there is one unique conference known as Autodesk University, that is related to technological innovations which are changing the momentum and future of the construction sector. Due to COVID-19, this event will be online from 17 to 20 November 2020. The event has been divided into two regions as follows.
- North and South America (November 17-20)
- Europe, Middle East, Africa, and Asia Pacific (November 18-20)
The event has been divided into three major themes
- Learn from experts (Learn directly from the astute professionals of the construction industry by attending Q&A sessions, panel discussions, and roundtables)
- Connect with Autodesk (Meet and interact with Autodesk professionals to know about the existing solutions and upcoming software. You can also share your experience with Autodesk Applications)
- Discover your new possible (Learn about new technologies, trends, and application through several Keynote speeches, product briefings, and insightful tech talks.
According to Lisa Campbell, Chief Marketing Officer, Autodesk, they are also evaluating ways to digitize our pre-conference events, including the Leadership Forum, Connect & Construct Summit, and Forge DevCon. As the event is going to be online and it will be free of cost for all the attendees. However, one needs to register before attending the event and registration will open in mid-September. According to the press release by the Autodesk conducting the completely digital experience will be the first time experience for them, but they will try to be innovative and extend their capabilities to support and empower our customers by all means, and not just in the context of their AU conferences but throughout the year.
Autodesk is one of the leading companies in the world that are providing solutions not only to the construction sector but also in the Media and entertainment industry coupled with product design and manufacturing domain as well. AU 2020 is all set to share the finest experiences by professionals from across the globe and some case studies. According to Autodesk, they are hoping to grow and improve with the AU event. It’s all about innovation and technology to make the design process better and fast.

2. ASCE 2020 Convention (Digital)
The American Society of Civil Engineers’ (ASCE) Convention is the society’s prestigious annual event in which all members of the society join to develop synergies, discuss the trends, research, and future of the profession. ASCE is proud to say that they have their members across the globe in all the continents which makes them among the highly diverse societies of the world. Considering the health and safety of the participants the event will be held virtually from October 28-30, 2020, and from October 6-9,2021 in Illinois, Chicago. The program for the Convention will be an integrated, cross-cultural, technical, and educational nature.

3. Reimagining Real Estate Sustainability Summit
