With the hire equipment industry trade flagship exhibition, the Executive Hire Show, held at the Coventry Building Society Arena, Trime is putting together advanced plans to exhibit a range of equipment from their sustainable lighting and power generation portfolio.
In keeping with Trime’s sustainable values, the company will be reusing last year’s display boards and backdrop, helping to reduce waste and promote recycling.
Trime will be displaying a lithium battery/hybrid lighting tower, alongside a multi-voltage 20kVA generator and an example of their popular 6.0kVA ECO portable power generation unit.
Taking centre stage on stand C40 will be Trime’s MGTP 20 SS YR 20kVA multi-voltage rental power generator. The MGTP 20 SS YR is powered by the latest Yanmar 4TNV88 engine fully compliant with the EU Emission Stage V regulations. The fully bunded fuel tank has a capacity of 203 litres which offers (at 75% load) a run time of 32 hours between refuelling. The set can operate in both single and three-phase power. The complete unit is housed in a soundproof canopy, with a noise level of just 65 dBA @ 7 metres.
Also on display will be the Trime X-ECO LITHIUM HYBRID tower light. The X-ECO LITHIUM HYBRID is powered by the latest development in lithium battery technology. This advanced lighting tower can be fully recharged in less than three hours. This means that in a fourteen-hour cycle, for 80% of the operation, the X- ECO HYBRID LITHIUM is powered exclusively by its batteries, and therefore emits zero noise and zero carbon emissions. Illumination is via four energy-saving, long-lasting LED lamps, which deliver an illuminated area of over 3000 square metres.
With portable power generators at the heart of many hire fleets, Trime will be showcasing their 6.0kVA TG 6000 – ECO SSY air-cooled, single-phase set. The TG 6000 – ECO SSY features an advanced ‘Eco Auto Start/Stop’ module that allows the generator to automatically start and stop according to generator power demand. This can lower fuel usage and help to reduce carbon emissions.

Trime equipment is manufactured in Italy and Trime UK is based in Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire. Aside from power generation and lighting equipment, Trime also produces plant wash bays, dust suppression machinery and a range of site security towers.
