For 2025, NASCO Digtec will spotlight Makin’ 3D — a Scandinavian GPS machine control system making its UK debut. NASCO Digtec is now the sole UK distributor for the system, which has already seen huge success in Norway with over 6,000 units sold.
Visitors to the stand can explore static demo units and see Makin’ 3D in action on a live machine.
Neil Smith, Managing Director at NASCO Digtec, said: “We’re really excited to bring Makin’ 3D to the UK market, and there’s no better place to do it than PlantWorx. We’re looking forward to catching up with familiar faces and introducing visitors to what this system can do.”
NASCO will also be launching two new systems from Makin at the show.
Holemaker Technology will present its VersaDrive® ImpactaTaps range at PlantWorx 2025—offering a game-changing solution for field drilling and tapping. Designed to work with standard impact wrenches, the system is up to 15 times faster than hand tapping and twice as quick as standard drills.
The VersaDrive system includes a full kit of the most commonly needed sizes for drilling, tapping, and enlarging holes on-site. With a patented hex shank and titanium nitride coating, the tools are built for strength, speed, and safety—reducing the risk of swarf build-up and tool burnout.
Ideal for steelwork, maintenance, plant operations, and rail projects, VersaDrive ImpactaTaps offer site teams a faster, more reliable way to create and modify holes in tough materials—right where they’re needed.
Hardwick Hire is bringing a simple but effective innovation to PlantWorx – the Bucket Hook, designed to make bucket handling safer, easier, and more efficient.
The concept is straightforward: using specially designed hooks, operators can connect multiple excavator buckets together and transport them safely in one go. The system reduces the number of trips needed to move equipment across site and removes the need for manual lifting.
The process involves picking up the smallest bucket and hooking it onto the next largest, continuing until all buckets are securely linked. A ratchet strap is then used to secure them in place for transport. Once on site, the operator can unstrap and unhook the buckets as needed.
Whether you’re working in tight spaces or trying to reduce downtime, the Bucket Hook is a cost-effective solution that improves site safety and logistics – a perfect example of practical innovation in plant hire.
Construction professionals will get their first glimpse at Kramp at this year’s PlantWorx after the spare parts supplier’s move into the sector.
Kramp, one of the UK’s leading suppliers of spare parts, will be making its PlantWorx debut this year. Visitors will find a selection of products, expert advice, and exclusive giveaways on the Kramp stand.
A standout feature will be Kramp’s container display, offering a hands-on look at practical solutions tailored for the construction sector. Highlights include technical sprays, LED lights and light bars, and the connected Kramp Workshop Solutions display.
“This is a storage system that makes restocking easy – users just scan a barcode using the Kramp app,” explains field sales manager Leo Copping. “It saves time and ultimately helps businesses save money.”
There’s also a chance to win £3,000 worth of Kramp workshop racking, and anyone who signs up for a Kramp account during the show will be entered into a draw to win £1,000 of credit to spend across their huge range.
Padley & Venables will unveil their new Ninja Rock Drilling Bits at PlantWorx 2025 – the result of extensive research and development aimed at tackling the key challenges of rock drilling.
The Ninja range has been engineered for durability, performance, and speed. Using advanced carbide composition and a unique wear-resistant design, the new bits deliver increased productivity and reduced operating costs.
“PlantWorx will be the perfect platform to showcase this new technology and connect with customers across the sector,” said a P&V spokesperson. “We’ve worked hard to develop a product that not only meets but exceeds expectations.”
With the launch of the Ninja range, Padley & Venables aim to set new standards in drilling performance and reaffirm their reputation as a trusted innovator in the industry.
Totalkare will make its PlantWorx debut in 2025, bringing its robust workshop equipment to the UK’s largest live construction exhibition.
Known for its expertise in servicing the plant, construction, and heavy recovery sectors, Totalkare will showcase a range of heavy-duty solutions, including mobile column lifts, DVSA-approved brake testers, and bespoke vehicle inspection pits.
Its mobile column lifts are available in galvanised, cable-free and cabled versions, with each column capable of lifting up to 7,500 kg – ideal for everything from light commercials to four-axle machines.
Also on display will be the mobile brake tester – a single-operator system designed for axle loads up to 20,000 kg – and a selection of vehicle inspection pits designed around individual workshop layouts.
“This is a fantastic milestone for Totalkare,” said marketing manager Boota Sivia. “We’re looking forward to demonstrating our equipment to a wider construction and plant engineering audience, and to being part of such a key event for the industry.”
Towmate Trailers will launch the latest addition to its LaySAFE® range at PlantWorx 2025—the new Raptor 125 trailer, developed to improve safety and efficiency further when laying coiled pipe on site.
The Raptor 180 has already been well received by customers across the utilities and infrastructure sectors, and the arrival of the 125 variant extends the LaySAFE® system’s coverage to handle pipe sizes from 90mm to 180mm. As concerns over coiled pipe handling continue—particularly following the 2023 HS2 incident—Towmate’s controlled, guided release method offers a safer, more efficient alternative.
Cadent Gas fully approves the LaySAFE® system and features a rear-mounted guide box with a roller system that controls release, prevents pipe ovalisation, and removes the unpredictability of traditional uncoiling methods. The result? No recoil, no overstress, and no compromise on safety or performance.
