Positive registration, education numbers also point to successful shows
The 2015 World of Asphalt Show & Conference and AGG1 Aggregates Academy & Expo have each achieved record-breaking exhibit space and exhibitor participation; show registrations are trending very positive, and education ticket sales are also tracking upward.
The co-located AGG1 and World of Asphalt will be held March 17-19, 2015 at the Baltimore Convention Center, in the scenic Inner Harbor area of Baltimore, Maryland USA. The shows target the business and professional-development needs of aggregates, asphalt, pavement maintenance and traffic safety industry professionals.

More exhibits, more education, more networking
More than 400 exhibitors combined have already signed on, taking more than 128,000 net square feet of exhibit space at World of Asphalt and AGG1.
More exhibitors and exhibit space means more of the latest equipment and products to compare side by side. Exhibitors include a good mix of new and returning companies, from large multinationals with multiple product lines to smaller firms with niche products.

Robust education and attendance means more industry peers and competitors to discuss new ideas and innovations, on the show floor and in the 100-plus education sessions conveniently held in conjunction with AGG1 and World of Asphalt.
Education includes the signature AGG1 Academy from the National Stone, Sand & Gravel Association and People, Plants and Paving Training Program from the National Asphalt Pavement Association, as well as several new and returning programs.
Industry support boosts show value; global scope expands
Industry partnerships and support increases the shows’ value to connect with industry experts and colleagues, to discuss what lies ahead and prepare for the future.
Nearly 30 industry-related associations and groups worldwide are official show supporters. Co-located events include the Maryland Asphalt Association annual conference, North East Asphalt User/Producer Group executive board and steering committee meetings, and American Road and Transportation Builders Association Safety in the Work Zone conference.
For the first time ever, World of Asphalt has been selected to participate in the International Buyer Select Program of the U.S. Department of Commerce (DOC), expanding the global scope of the show. An onsite International Trade Center, with DOC and show staff, will also facilitate interaction between exhibitors and international visitors.
“We look forward to a great World of Asphalt and AGG1, and providing a one-stop resource where attendees will find the products and gain the knowledge they need to succeed,” stated Show Manager Rich Prausa.
