Moncton, NB – One of Atlantic Canada’s only trade events geared toward the trucking & transportation industry will return to the Moncton Coliseum in a few short months. Presented by the Atlantic Provinces Trucking Association, the Atlantic Truck Show will take place June 7-8, 2019, serving as a venue to showcase all the latest tractor-trailers and related products on today’s market.
As the largest event of its kind east of Montreal, the Atlantic Truck Show draws visitors from throughout New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island, Newfoundland and beyond. Held every two years, the show attracts big crowds, with more than 12,000 attendees taking part in the most recent edition in 2017.
“The transportation industry is a major economic driver in Atlantic Canada. This trade event attracts thousands of professionals who are part of those sectors,” said Mark Cusack, National Show Manager. “The Atlantic Truck Show offers companies the chance to connect directly with decision makers and buyers, and visitors get to see firsthand the cutting-edge products available right now.”
The show’s 2019 edition will see a special emphasis on vocational trucks, with more than 15 companies already announcing plans to introduce new work trucks and equipment at the show. Dump truck services and the building construction industry, trucks for the forestry sector, and inner-city courier trucks will be highlighted. This year’s show will feature a more diverse range of products, from transmissions and suspensions, to trucks and bodies – including a variety of innovative power solutions, cargo management systems, and vocational equipment.
