Swiss Information Days for Building, Renovating, Living, and Energy

Private homeowners, prospective building owners, architects, and planners can look forward to the largest Swiss home construction and energy event from November 23 to 26, 2023. The Hausbau+Energie Messe und die Energy Future Days (House Construction + Energy Fair and the Energy Future Days) are joining forces again after their successful collaboration in 2022, offering visitors at Bernexpo a unique event with 140 exhibitors and a diverse trade fair program.

The daily, free expert lectures on topics in the areas of building, renovating, and living provide information, raise awareness, and serve as an important decision-making basis for homeowners embarking on their individual building projects. The popular Architecture Forum is dedicated to the theme of “Circular Architecture – Circular Building” and invites professionals from the industry to continue their education and exchange ideas.

Those interested in the future of energy will find comprehensive information. In the Solar Power, Storage, and Electromobility Forum, attendees will learn how to produce, use, and store solar power and what future-ready solutions for electromobility, including charging infrastructure, look like. HEV (Homeowners Association) events focus on topics such as heating system replacement, optimizing building envelopes, and integrating photovoltaics, with independent experts from the Minergie and Energy Advice of the Canton of Bern providing assistance to the construction-interested audience.

This year, a meeting zone is once again created in the middle of the exhibition, complemented by an “energy café.” The so-called “village square” serves as a meeting place with interesting personalities and exciting topics. Visitors and exhibitors gather there for mutual acquaintance, exchange, and networking.

Even children, students, and young people can look forward to exciting activities. In the Energy Experience World, they will be introduced to the topics of energy, innovation, sustainability, and professions related to the energy transition in a playful and interactive way. In the TecLab workshop, young guests have the opportunity to build their own solar battery charger.
