Xwatch Safety Solutions part of Hexagon, has welcomed Laura Hallett to the business as Service Support, based at its Wimborne office.
The appointment strengthens Xwatch’s service and operations function as the business continues to grow, with Laura working closely alongside Sales and Operations Manager Jemma Dycer – Hopkins (IOSH) to support customers and the wider team.
Laura brings more than 20 years’ experience across customer service, sales coordination and marketing roles, with a strong track record in managing customer enquiries, processing orders and supporting teams across phone, email and live chat. In her new role, she will provide day-to-day service support, helping to ensure clear communication between customers, engineers and internal teams.
