The Executive Hire Show 2026, taking place on 11th and 12th February at the Coventry Building Society Arena, has been sold out for some time, with 148 exhibitors, underlining the continued strength of the UK and Ireland hire sector. Now in its 19th edition, the Show brings together a broad mix of manufacturers, suppliers and service providers focused on the practical realities of running hire fleets in a changing market.
From access equipment and compact plant to lighting, power, parts supply and digital platforms, this year’s exhibitor line-up reflects the pressures hire businesses face daily — keeping equipment working, reducing downtime, managing costs and responding to changing site, safety and emissions requirements.
A notable feature of the 2026 Show is the number of first-time exhibitors, 25 in total, introducing new approaches across access, materials handling, power, welfare, software and specialist equipment. Alongside a strong core of returning brands, the floor presents a balanced picture of where the hire market is now and how it continues to develop.

Surface preparation is another area seeing rapid development, with Trelawny SPT Ltd bringing its VoltMax battery-powered range to the hire sector for the first time. Built around advanced 82V lithium-ion technology, the range delivers consistent high-torque performance without emissions, low vibration or the need for transformers, offering a cleaner, quieter alternative for indoor and urban applications.
Excavators, electrification and hire-ready machines

Returning for a fifth consecutive year, SANY UK will present a selection of hire-focused machines, including the SY10U, SY20C and SY26C mini excavators, offering compact dimensions, reduced tail swing and strong digging performance. Also on show is the STH625e electric telehandler, delivering zero-emission, low-noise performance for indoor and urban environments, supported by SANY’s five-year warranty.
Lighting and power: practical alternatives for modern sites
Lighting and temporary power are two of the strongest themes running through the 2026 Show.

Airstar will showcase its Sirocco balloon lighting range, designed to eliminate glare and harsh shadows through 360-degree diffused output. Fast setup times, compatibility with small generators and battery-powered options make the range particularly relevant for hire fleets focused on safety and efficiency.

Lighting innovation continues with HIMOINSA, presenting the HCOMPACT+ mobile lighting tower, combining LED technology, a Stage V Yanmar engine and advanced control systems to support demanding site conditions with low fuel consumption and long service intervals.

Battery-powered lighting also features prominently, with Power-2-Go offering silent, fume-free lighting towers for urban sites and restricted-access locations.

In the wider power category, AJ Power and AKSA Power Generation UK will present Stage V-compliant generator solutions for standby and prime power use. At the same time, Hatz demonstrates engine, diagnostics and hybrid power solutions.

A notable debut comes from Liebherr Great Britain Ltd, introducing the Liduro Power Port LPO 100 mobile energy storage system as a zero-emission alternative or complement to diesel generators.

GenZero, a brand by NightSearcher, will present its range of portable power stations designed as a clean, quiet alternative to petrol and diesel generators. The fuel-free systems offer zero-emission, low-noise power for industrial, commercial and remote applications, with scalable options suited to temporary sites, emergency use and off-grid work where reliability and simplicity matter.Parts, handling and fleet support
Keeping fleets moving is another clear theme for 2026. First-time exhibitor MAXA Group, formed from the merger of ATE UK and Trailparts, brings a consolidated parts and support offering designed to reduce downtime through simplified ordering, strong stockholding and rapid response.
