CIBEX East Africa 2014 has been a great start with high end exhibiting companies and high level conference. 60 exhibitors from 13 countries met with 1.235 professional trade visitors in February 2014 at Kenya International Conference Center (KICC) in Nairobi/Kenya. Most of the groups have confirmed their next participation. The organizers, Trade and Fairs East Africa and planetfair Group, are pleased to announce their recently signed cooperation with the Kenyan Federation of Master Builders (KFMB) for 2015 and future CIBEX events. The planning for CIBEX 2015 has started with full swing, and other governments have shown interest for national pavilions.
The Kenyan Federation of Master Builders (KFMB) supported CIBEX since the beginning and will intensify their partnership for 2015. KFMB is a non-profit Contractors’ Association established under the Societies Act of Kenya to protect the interests of SME and Local Construction Firms. The chairman of KFMB Honorable Moses N. Muihia said after the first edition: „This is a great start of a quality show. We are happy to partner with the organizers and look forward to a fruitful CIBEX future”.
The organizers further look forward to the continuing collaboration with the East African Community and the Kenyan Government, the National Construction Authority, Kenya Investment Authority, East African Business Council, Export Promotion Council, the Export Processing Zones Authority and the Delegation of German Industry and Commerce in Kenya.
The next show will take place from 26th till 28th February 2015 in Kenyatta International Conference Center, Nairobi, Kenya. CIBEX expects 100 exhibitors and about 3000 international trade visitors. The exhibition is accompanied by a three-day high level conference program. It also provides exhibitors and visitors the chance to make contacts through an organized matchmaking.
Organizers and partners look forward to an ongoing growth of CIBEX East Africa in 2015.
