More exhibitor training and planning resources also available online
CONEXPO-CON/AGG 2014 offers show exhibitors a free 30-minute Helpful Exhibitor Information Webinar on January 30 from 1:00 pm – 1:30 pm CST, covering show-preparation tips to help them plan for a successful show experience.
Show staff will provide valuable information on move in/move out procedures and other operations guidelines and forms to fill out, as well as crucial promotion and sponsorship opportunities, including the Digital Media Center. Also, get an overview of the show, answers to Frequently Asked Questions, and ask your own questions of show staff.
CONEXPO-CON/AGG also offers exhibitors a free online exhibitor training program to help them achieve improved trade show results and get the most out of their show participation.
The training program, produced by trade show industry consultant Ed Jones of Constellation Communications, includes five self-paced modules covering the following topics: objectives setting, target marketing, effective messaging, making the strategic plan and exhibit staff skills training.
Content is of value to both novice and veteran exhibitors, with comprehensive information that includes clear examples and suggested next steps. Downloadable handouts are provided, as well as worksheets where applicable.
And, informational materials from trade show industry consultant Jefferson Davis of Competitive Edge are also available online from CONEXPO-CON/AGG.
“Exhibit managers need to be sure their show staff is fully prepared and a plan in place to achieve show objectives and maximize ROI,” explained Show Director Megan Tanel.
To access the free training program and materials, go to the Exhibitors tab of the show website (www.conexpoconagg.com), scroll to Show Preparation and click on Exhibitor Education.
