Neumünster (Germany). – The 58th NordBau, at Neumünster from 12th to the 17th of September 2013, starts with a feast of new construction machines and equipments having accessed the market during the current year. This section of the industrial fair enjoys – as does the whole fair – a growing attention.
Approximately 900 local and foreign exhibitors have registered again for the largest constructions compact fair in northern Europe. Wolfgerd Jansch, the fair manager, emphasized: “Even if more exhibiting surface is required than the fair can allocate, the target lays not in increasing the quantity of display but the standards of this specialized construction fair, in close relation to the exigent general program”. About 20.000 m² allotted over 9 halls and 69.000 m² in open air exhibition grounds are provided for the 6 days specialized fair.
Naturally the fair team pays special heed to the professional audience. In view of the radical innovations, especially for the construction machinery in the open air exhibition grounds, the visitors find out, for instance, what pace is brought forward in implementation of the energy turnaround. Proof is the most recent technology, equipped with the engine generation IIIB. But also the EU exhaust regulations of stage IV, coming into effect next year, offer on the open air exhibition grounds of the Holstenhallen in Neumünster enough topics for a lively information exchange between exhibitors and the audience.
Constructors and craftsmen find out, by the machinery, how costs are noticeably reduced through fuel savings and productivity increase. Not only is the newest drive technology playing an important role in the process – as seen over the past months at many construction machinery fairs worldwide – but also the extensive offer in services. Moreover, in developing new technologies, the entity consisting of man and machine has a growing significance for the successful construction process. Challenging construction tasks can be achieved only by best possible machine performances and when the operator feels well and finds work favorable ergonomics, closely connected to high security standards. Operators and technicians are ready to speak and answer on these topics to visitors of NordBau – an already traditional yearly meeting of the industry. Also proof for the high quality of this specialized fair, where there is time to talk to each other.
