Japanese attachment manufacturer Okada Aiyon Corporation released new hydraulic breaker and two new pulverizers adopted bolt-on tooth plate system. For bauma2016.
The Okada Aiyon Corporation released new hydraulic breaker, okada6000, for 37-60 ton-class excavator. This breaker will be introduced at BAUMA 2016, which has high-quality and incredible performing from the advanced-level technology of Okada Aiyon. It is operator-friendly, with reduced vibrations, an anti-blank firing system, anti-abrasion box-style bracket design and blow speed control adjuster.
Okada breakers have been loved for a long time around the world, which bring remarkable productivity. Okada has been built up knowledge and know-how by researching and manufacturing hydraulic breakers continuously from the 1970s. Not only the breaker, Okada also has various product line-up of hydraulic attachment.
Two pulverizer models are going to be introduced at BAUMA2016; OSC280AV(Fixed pulverizer) which is suitable for 18-30 tons excavator and ORC280AV HR (Rotation Pulverizer) which is suitable for 22-38 tons excavator. Okada Aiyon will add more bolt-on tooth models to other class afterward.
We adopted the bolt-on tooth-plate system to ensure the durability. Special cast steel teeth are strongly welded to base plate. Our bolt-on plate system is more durable than the method that each tooth is fixed by single bolt. This tooth-plate can be replaced at the job site by operators easily, so it reduces down-time, maintenance cost and increases productivity.
We have prepared various tooth patterns of bolt-on tooth-plate for both frame and arm side. Customers can choose proper tooth pattern according to much of necessities at each job site.
