Terex Trucks’ Gen10 TA300 makes Northern Ireland debut at Balmoral 2017

Terex Trucks’ Generation 10 TA300 is set to steal the show at Northern Ireland’s largest agricultural event, Balmoral 2017 (10-13 May).
The epitome of 65 years of manufacturing, Terex Trucks’ Generation 10 TA300 is gearing up to make its Northern Ireland debut at the Balmoral Show. The 28-tonne capacity articulated hauler will be filling up much of the space at Stand A5 during the popular agricultural event in Lisburn, County Antrim
Visitors at the four-day event will be the first in Northern Ireland to see the machine ‘in the iron’ following its Bauma debut last year. Built in Motherwell, Scotland, the Gen10 TA300 is fit for purpose in a number of applications ranging from commercial construction projects, infrastructure developments and quarries.
Made to work harder for longer in the toughest terrain, the innovative proven concept conveys performance upgrades with an enriched operator environment and sophisticated engine enhancements. The fuel efficient off-highway truck offers durability and quality to ensure that customers benefit from lower operating costs and maximum productivity.
The Gen10 TA300 will be showcased at Balmoral courtesy of Terex Trucks’ official dealer in Northern Ireland, Sleator Plant. Demonstrating the close working relationship between the distributor and the manufacturer, Sleator Plant’s experts will be present alongside Terex Trucks’ specialists for the duration of the event to explain how both companies are focusing investments in areas that have a positive impact on customers’ ability to maximise uptime.
Eagerly anticipating the show, general manager at Sleator Plant, Jonathan Campbell says: “We are looking forward to attending the Balmoral Show this year and we have a fantastic offering of machines on our stand. One of the largest – and heaviest – machines present at the exhibition will be Terex Trucks’ Generation 10 TA300.
“It’s the first time the Gen10 28-tonne beast of a truck will be in Northern Ireland and it’s sure to be a massive crowd-pleaser. Many of our customers and followers on social media have contacted us in anticipation of the machine’s arrival and we reckon this will be one of the most impressive machines showcased by anyone at Balmoral!”
