Trade Show Producer Turns to Digital Platform

Trade Show Producer Turns to Digital Platform for Coast-to-Coast Heavy Equipment Shows

Saint John, NB – The ongoing COVID-19 pandemic has forced many businesses to pivot and offer their services in unique and alternative ways. Master Promotions Ltd., producer of the Atlantic Heavy Equipment Show (New Brunswick), Expo Grands Travaux (Quebec), National Heavy Equipment Show (Ontario), and TRUXPO and the Canada North Resources Expo (British Columbia), has been forced to postpone these trade shows to later dates. However, in order to maintain a connection between the show’s exhibitors and regular event attendees, the company has decided to move online and create a large coast-to-coast digital platform.

The Canadian Heavy Equipment Digital Showcase launches today and allows users to search a database of heavy equipment exhibitors by company name or filter by category. Exhibitor listings include detailed company information, photos, videos, product and service highlights, and any special offers or promotions they choose to feature. A selection of educational seminars will also be included. Users can easily connect by clicking email, website, and social media buttons.

“Many heavy equipment companies depend on trade shows as a critical part of their business model,” said National Show Manager Mark Cusack. “We wanted to provide a way for these companies to connect with the buyers and trade personnel who would have attended the show in-person – on a large scale. We hope that our new Digital Showcase will facilitate this type of connection. It’s our attempt to bridge the gap until it’s safe to meet face-to-face again.”

The Digital Showcase will be available from Monday, March 1 through Monday, May 31, 2021. This represents a significantly expanded timeframe from the typical two-day event, and lets users take their time to easily browse through the exhibitor database from the comfort and safety of their own home. The platform features a variety of exhibitor categories including Attachments, Heavy Equipment Dealers, Earthmoving Equipment, Media & Associations, Trucking, and lots more.

Would-be show attendees are encouraged to visit the Canadian Heavy Equipment Digital Showcase to sign-up for email updates with the most current information as well as an opportunity to win door prizes and other giveaways.
