Iraq’s reconstruction has created a huge demand for construction expertise and capital. The real estate development, construction and building material industries are all ripe for investment. The large number of construction projects in industrial sectors and infrastructure will require vast amounts of building materials, design capacity, and construction expertise.
As UFI approved event, Erbil Building exhibition offers the opportunity to explore potential investments by gathering the sector together, covering a large scale of building & construction industry & sub-sectors with full support from local and regional trade unions, associations, governmental and ministerial bodies and chambers of commerce.
8th Erbil Building & 5th Erbil Machinex exhibitions held on 14-17 May 2014, attracted 450 exhibitors from 21 different countries and 25.000 visitors on 12.000 sqm net exhibiting area.
