Bell brings innovation into focus at Intermat 2012

Recognised as a technology leader in the field of Articulated Dump Truck design and manufacturer, Bell Equipment plans to preview its latest truck advancement at Intermat 2012, which promises to rival the last major breakthrough in industry when the company launched the world’s first production 50-tonner in 2004.

Marc Schürmann, Managing Director of Bell Equipment Europe.
Managing Director of Bell Equipment Europe, Marc Schürmann said: “Although we are keeping details of our newest development purposely unclear until Intermat 2012, we are confident that the market will not be disappointed when we bring our most recent project into focus. We are extremely excited as it will mark the culmination of a distinguished 35 year history in ADT design and manufacture.”

He continued: “Bell Equipment has come a long way since manufacturing its first A-series trucks in 1985. We have worked tirelessly to become a force in this industry and set the benchmark in terms of quality and technology. Apart from our B50D, which remains our flagship, we have introduced other ground-breaking innovations such as onboard weighing, keyless ignition, HillAssist, Bin Tip Prevention, Auto Park Application (APA), standard Turbo Spin Protection as well as our own satellite monitoring and production reporting tool – Fleetm@tic.
Bell-Innovation: A major step in a long line of cutting edge hauler developments will come into focus during Intermat 2012.
“Our latest advancement sets new standards for environmental friendliness while following our tried and tested philosophy of providing customers with a lowest cost per tonne solution. Importantly we have not lost any of the efficiency that has made the Bell truck a benchmark in the industry,” said Schürmann.
Complementing the innovation at Bell Equipment’s stand in Hall 5A G140 will be some of the company’s most recent technological advancements including the B50 flagship and a Blu@dvantage™ engine display to showcase the company’s Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) Stage 3b trucks. Completing the display will be Bell Equipment’s range of oils, fluids and greases, known as Bell Lubricants, which will also be introduced at the show.
