There will be lot to see on the Case Construction Equipment stand at Plantworx 2015. As well as showcasing an impressive range of machines including some of its newest models, there will also be the UK heats for the Case European Rodeo, where operators are invited to test their skill and speed to win a place in the finals which will take place in Paris later in the year.
The comprehensive machine line-up includes, crawler excavators, midi and mini excavators, wheel loaders and skid steers, as well as a crawler dozer and a backhoe loader. All the machines on display are equipped with the latest emissions-compliant engines and offer notable levels of productivity and operator comfort.
Power, fuel efficiency and performance from Case Excavators and Wheel Loaders
Among the equipment being featured at Plantworx are three Case C Series crawler excavators: the 13 tonne CX130C, the 21 tonne CX210C, and the no-blade version of the 14.5 tonne CX145C.
All Case C Series excavators use clean and efficient Tier 4 interim diesel engines and are equipped with Cooled Exhaust Gas Recirculation (CEGR) and a diesel particulate filter, so that the engine is capable of meeting emissions regulations without the need for additional diesel exhaust fluids.
Automatic self-regeneration of the Diesel Particulate Diffusor (DPD) ensures no loss of productivity, while low engine rpm, improved hydraulic pump control and five new energy saving systems boost fuel economy by up to 15%.
At the smaller end of the excavator market, Case will be showcasing the latest models in its midi excavator range, the CX75C and CX80C, both of which are powered by Tier 4 Final engines.
Also on show will be two models from the B Series of zero tail swing mini excavators, the CX26B and CX50B.
Case will be showing three models from its F Series of wheel loaders at Plantworx: the 721FXT, the 821F ZB and the 621FXR, which is designed specifically for use in the waste sector. All three models have Tier 4 interim-compliant engines that achieve emissions requirements with the use of Selective Catalytic Reduction technology (SCR). The machines can be fuelled using up to 20% biodiesel without any loss of performance.
Also on show will be two models from the F Series of compact wheel loaders, the 221F ZB HS and the 321F.
Class leading Skid Steers
Plantworx visitors will have the chance to see two of Case’s Alpha Series of skid steer loaders, which offer some of the best breakout forces in the industry and one of the widest cabs available. Both of the models on display, the SR175 and SV185, use a simple, low-cost CEGR set-up and a convenient maintenance-free solution to meet Tier 4 Final emissions standards.
The SR175 has a radial lift configuration and a bucket breakout force of 32.3kN, while the SV185 is a vertical lift model with breakout force of 24.7kN.
Completing the Case stand line-up
At the opposite end of the spectrum is Case’s 1650M crawler dozer, one of the company’s M Series of dozers, all of which feature SCR technology to meet Tier 4 interim emissions legislation. Case Construction is the only manufacturer to offer SCR on dozers.
The Case stand will also include the largest model in the company’s backhoe loader range, the 590, which features pilot controls as standard for more comfort and better productivity.
All of the models that Case is exhibiting can be seen at Stands 2C4 & 3C2 at Plantworx, which runs from 2nd to 4th June 2015 at Bruntingthorpe in Leicestershire.
Prior to Plantworx, anyone visiting Intermat from the 20th – 25th April will have the opportunity to view the latest equipment launches by Case. These include the new generation D Series Crawler Excavators, the extended and upgraded Skid Steer and Compact Track Loader range, eco- and operator-friendly Wheel Loaders as well as the first C Series range of Graders.
