USETEC 2014 – Leading suppliers and associations represented – International visitors expected from over 100 countries – Now in Hall 9 and adjacent outdoor area
The leading suppliers of used technology have already registered for USETEC 2014. As well as specialist dealers, exhibitors also include a large number of manufacturers. The most heavily represented areas are metalworking machinery, robotics and automation, plastics processing machinery, lifting appliances and conveyors, measurement and testing equipment, construction machinery, power plant equipment (generators, compressors), packaging and food processing machinery as well as agricultural machines. 60% of the suppliers are based in Germany, 40% in other countries including, primarily, the Netherlands, USA, France, Italy and Switzerland. As well as the Trade Association for Machine Tools + Tooling (FDM) in Bonn, which is the event’s technical sponsor, the European Association of Machine Tool Merchants (EAMTM, Brussels), the Federation of the German Export Trade (BDEx, Berlin), gtai (Germany Trade and Invest, Berlin) and, after a hiatus of five years, the MDNA (Machinery Dealers National Association) from Alexandria in the USA will all be exhibiting at USETEC on their own stands.
The dealers exhibiting at USETEC 2014 include AGM, A-Z Maschinenhandel, BVS Industrie-Elektronik, COILTEC, Agrar-Markt Deppe, Frainer, GCH Machinery, HAHEBO, IRM Anlagenbau, Kemmerich, Hans Klein, LENZING Staplerhaus, PRESSTRADE, Rosenboom, S+B, Heinz Sanders, TECO, Vögtle Service, WMW and WST Stein. The following manufacturers will also be presenting their used machinery at USETEC in Cologne: BOMAG, Claas, CMS (Chiron), Eurolux, Filltec, KUKA Roboter, NETSTAL, Putzmeister, ROPA, SHW, Siemens and VÖGELE as well as the industrial metrology and microscopy divisions of Carl Zeiss.
Every year, the world’s largest trade fair for used technology is the meeting place for all the important suppliers and buyers in the sector from over 100 countries. As well as visitors from Germany and the EU, the organisers are also expecting delegations of visitors from Belarus, Cameroon, India, Iraq, Iran, Jordan, Nigeria, Russia, Turkey and the Ukraine. The relocation of USETEC 2014 to Hall 9 in Cologne’s North Halls and their adjacent outdoor area provides the event with an attractive entrance area.
USETEC features used machinery and equipment for every sector and branch of industry. USETEC 2014 will take place from Monday, 5 May to Wednesday, 7 May 2014 in Hall 9 and the adjacent outdoor area of Koelnmesse.
